Chocolate Fudge Cake

 



* Ingredients :


°1 chocolate bar 200g

°3 eggs

°150g Powdered sugar

°40g Flour

°200g Butter


* Preparation steps


Start by melting the chocolate and the butter in a double boiler.

Preheat the oven to 200 °.

Meanwhile, in a salad bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar. Beat with a mixer until you obtain a nice frothy cream. Then add the flour + the well-melted butter and chocolate mixture.

Beat everything for 2 minutes and set aside. Butter a mold to miss and pour the dough into the dish.

Baking & cooking about 20 min .
