°1⁄2 lemon
°25 cl heavy cream
°Chili pepper
°2 garlic cloves
°pepper
°salt
°400 grams peeled tomatoes
°300 g mince meat
°250 gm red kidney bean
°200 gm nacho chip
°300 gr cheese
°2 onion
Step 1
If using dry beans, soak 12 hours before starting.
The second step
Chop the onions and garlic and fry them in a large skillet.
Step 3
Add beans and chili powder (to your taste, in any case the tooth of a large knife).
Step 4
We add minced meat.
Step 5
When the meat is almost done, add the tomatoes. Simmer over low heat until half of the juice has evaporated.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper and add more cayenne pepper if needed.
Step 7
Put the nachos in a gratin dish, pour the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 8
Place the cheese under the oven grill until it turns brown.
Step 9
Serve hot with sour cream
