°120 gm fine sugar
°1 gram cinnamon
°2 grams of nutmeg
°5 ml vanilla extract
°1 short dough
°450 grams sweet potato
°1 egg or 2 small
°115 g butter

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) and roll the dough into a tart pan.
The second step
Cook the sweet potatoes in boiling water for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Peel and mash them.
Step 4
Blend with eggs, melt butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg & vanilla extract.
Step 5
Pour mix on dough and baking for 45 to 50 min of cook.
