CRAB LEG IN BUTTER SAUCE

 



*ingredients:


°2 kg (4,4 lbs)snow cooked crab legs

+To make lemongrass and garlic flower butter:

°125 ml (12 cups) clarified butter (for cooking)

°15 ml (1 tablespoon) crushed garlic peeled

°15 ml (1 tsp) lemon peel

°15 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice

°Salt // pepper to taste


* Methods :


In the bottom of a large pot, place a grid or steamer. Add 2.5 cm (1 inch) of water & bring to boil. Once the water boils, place the crab legs in the pan and cover them. Reheat 5 minutes.

Melting butter on heat in saucepan. Add the rest of the ingredients and leave them on a low heat. Served with crab legs.
