EASY PEACH COBBLER

 



A family recipe that appeals to children because it is so tender.


* Ingredients / for 6 people


°75 grams butter

°125g white sugar

°250 g flour

°1 pinch of salt

°1 sachet of dry yeast

°125 ml milk

°4 peaches, peeled

°75 grams brown sugar

°cinnamon

°300 ml of water


* Preparation :


1 Preheat the oven on thermostat 6 (180°C) and grease a square pan with butter.


2 In a large bowl, cream the butter with the white sugar until you get a creamy mixture.


3 In another bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Stir the creamy mixture alternately with the milk.


Spread the dough evenly at the bottom of the mould.

5 Cut the peach in half and put it on the dough. Sprinkling cinnamon & brown sugar & pour water on everything.

to end

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. During cooking, the fruits descend and the dough rises to the surface.
