* Ingredients :
3 people
°3 Blood oranges
°200g Frozen raspberries
°1 very ripe mango
°1tbsp. honey
°1 cinnamon powder
*Methods :
Squeeze oranges & reserving juice.
Peel the mango and cut it into pieces.
Mix the mango with the honey, cinnamon, orange juice and previously thawed raspberries.
Pass it all through a sieve to remove the raspberry seeds.
To serve.
