°1 bag of yeast
°1 sachet of vanilla sugar
°3 eggs
°8 slices of pineapple (tin)
°150 grams of sugar
°150 grams of flour
°150 grams butter
* Preparation steps :
Heat oven to 180 ° C.
In bowl, blend softly butter with sugar.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing well, then add the sifted flour and baking powder.
In a frying pan or cake pan (which should be heated), prepare the caramel. Let the sugar dissolve (without water or anything), it should be brown. Add the pineapple rings when they cover the pan completely.
If any pineapple remains, cut it into small pieces in the dough.
Pour the previous mixture into the pan (or mold) and bake for about 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool and then soak in the pineapple juice.
